How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in the required details such as your name, email address, and password, and then click ‘Register’.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

How can I update my account information?

Log in to your account, go to the ‘My Account’ section, and click on ‘Edit Account’. Here, you can update your personal information, change your password, and manage your addresses.

How can I view my order history?

After logging in, go to the ‘My Orders’ section under ‘My Account’. Here, you can see a list of all your past orders and their statuses.

How do I add or change my shipping address?

Go to the ‘Address Book’ section in ‘My Account’. You can add a new address or edit an existing one from here.

How do I place an order?

Browse through our products, select the items you want, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you have added all the items, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our delivery partner’s website to track your shipment.

What are the shipping charges?

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
