Return & Refund policy

General Return Policy

  • Return Period: Orders can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date (applicable to non-sale orders).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery items like stickers cannot be returned.
  • Product Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Conditions: Returns will not be accepted if:
    1. The product appears used, washed, or soiled.
    2. The product is damaged (except if it was delivered damaged).

Return Process

  • Approval: Returns must be confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. For defective products, email images to info@skidlers.com
  • Reverse Pickup: Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 hours.
  • Packaging: Ensure the product is returned with its original packaging intact.

Delivery and Charges

  • Delivery Partners: Returns are managed through partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
  • Reverse Pickup Charge: A fee of ₹100 is charged for reverse pickup, refundable to the customer’s Bonkers Corner wallet within 48-72 hours after product quality check.

Refunds

  • Sale Orders: Only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded for sale items.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the customer’s Bonkers Corner wallet.
  • Refund Exclusions: Delivery charges are not reimbursed.

Wallet Terms and Conditions

  • Usage: Wallet credits can only be used on skidlers.com.
  • Non-Transferable: Wallet amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Coverage: Wallet credits can cover 93%-95% of the purchase value, with the balance paid via another method if needed.

Special Return Policy (Supima Products, Black Wide-Leg Sweatpants, and Black Utility Straight Fit Pants)

  • Replacement Only: These items are eligible for replacement within 15 days from purchase, not exchange.
  • Condition: Must be in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all return requests.

3-Month Guarantee (Up to 50 Washes)

  • Coverage: Applies to Supima products, Black Wide-Leg Sweatpants, and Black Utility Straight Fit Pant.
  • Defects Covered:
    • Loose stitching or seams
    • Fabric discoloration or fading
    • Print or design imperfections
    • Uneven dye distribution
    • Fabric pilling or fuzzing
    • Excessive shrinkage, wrinkling, or creasing
    • Misaligned or missing embellishments
    • Fabric tearing or fraying
    • Any other noticeable defects affecting appearance or functionality
  • Exclusions:
    • Improper washing or care
    • Excessive wear and tear
    • Post-purchase alterations
    • External damage (accidents, misuse, neglect)
    • Exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental conditions
    • Normal wear and tear

Return Process for Special Items

  • Initiation: Contact customer service to start the return process.
  • Pickup: Confirmed returns will be picked up within 7 days.
  • Shipping Costs: Covered by Bonkers Corner for defective products within the guarantee period.

Refund Options for Special Items

  • Full Refund: Issued to the Bonkers Corner wallet, subject to product availability.

Fraud Prevention and Customer Satisfaction

  • Inspection: All returned products are inspected to verify condition and authenticity.
  • Fraud Reporting: Suspected fraudulent returns will be reported to authorities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Bonkers Corner aims to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
