Return & Exchange Policy
At Skidlers, we prioritize your satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:
Exchange & Return Window:
We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Once your exchange/return request is accepted, we’ll notify you via your registered email.
Our logistics partner will pick up the item within 24-48 hours after the request is approved.
Free First-Time Exchange:
First-time exchanges are free of charge.
For subsequent exchanges, customers must bear the shipping charges. After the second exchange, neither returns nor further exchanges will be accepted.
Quality Check Process:
Returned items will undergo a Quality Check at our warehouse.
Exchanges/returns will only proceed if the product passes the quality inspection.
Exchange Timeline:
Exchanges are processed within 7-12 working days.
Stock Availability:
If the requested size for exchange is unavailable, we will ensure a replacement with an alternative product of your choice.
Product Condition for Returns:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Products in poor condition or clearly worn will not be eligible for returns/exchanges.

Order Cancellations:
COD Orders: Cancellations are only permitted if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final, and cancellations or refunds are not allowed.
Return Shipping Charges:
For COD orders, ₹100 will be deducted as reverse shipping charges during returns.
No deductions will apply for returns of prepaid orders.
